What is Agile?
Agile is a way of working that helps teams deliver work faster, adapt to change, and keep improving.
Instead of making one big plan and waiting months (or years) to see results, Agile teams:
Work in small steps (often called sprints or iterations).
Check in often to see if they’re on the right track.
Adjust quickly when things change.
Focus on delivering value to the customer as soon as possible.
It started in software development but is now used in many industries—because it’s really about people working together to solve problems in a flexible, transparent way.
